E-Waste Collection Centre.
KEIL has an authorised collection centre for E-Waste approved by Kerala State Pollution Control Board. KEIL has tie ups with authorized and registered recyclers for recycling and disposal of E-Wastes collected. E waste is managed as per E-Waste management and handling rule 2016.

KEIL has installed a tubelight breaking machine with sulphur impregnated carbon catalyst for adsorbing mercury vapour generated. The Carbon catalyst when saturated is disposed in the landfill after encapsulation.

KEIL has also put up an authorised E-Waste Refurbishing & Dismantling Facility as per consent to establish from Kerala State Pollution Control Board.
